We are seeking a skilled Millwright Working Supervisor to join our team for overseeing and leading by example the activities and work of the jobsite crew; specializing in the installation, maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems in a manufacturing facility, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various machinery and equipment. A strong welding and fabricating background is essential with both Stick and MIG welding. A strong rigging background is a requirement. An electrical skillset is a bonus. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
